David is a board certified civil trial specialist with substantive litigation experience prosecuting and defending a broad range of significant litigation matters, including Commercial disputes, International Trade, Breach of Contract, Construction, Shareholder and Partnership disputes, Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Products Liability, Medical Device Products Liability, and Vehicular Negligence.
David also possesses public accounting training and experience with the world's largest public accounting firms. As a financial auditor and international tax specialist, David delved into the details of large commercial transactions of the world's largest commercial enterprises. This attention to detail and fluency in the language of business affords David an easy dialogue and understanding of commercial legal matters.
David also has experience in academia. As an adjunct professor of commercial law at St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, David taught law students, future lawyers, the finer points of the Uniform Commercial Code. He presently trains future business leaders as an adjunct professor of Business Law at the University of Texas- Pan American in Edinburg.
