Special Master
David Calvillo has been trusted and appointed by numerous courts to provide impartial special master and discovery master services. His level of experience in civil trial discovery allows him to skillfully resolve issues with timely and thorough accuracy that have delayed or confused litigants. His world class training in public accounting has permitted him to serve as a special master in many complex cases in the areas of real estate, construction, personal injury, and product liability. His responsibilities as a special master included case management, financial disclosure discovery, witness discovery, rulings at depositions, in camera review of personal records and determining relevant case law.
